ABOUT
Ekrida Services Pvt. Ltd., established in 2019, has been at the forefront of driving innovation in education through STEM-based learning and hands-on experiential education. The company has undertaken multiple large-scale projects to enhance scientific temperament and innovation skills among students across various regions of India.
Major Initiatives and Contributions

The SATHEE (Self-Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Examinations) initiative, under the Ministry of Education, aims to provide free, high-quality offline coaching and mentoring to students preparing for competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, Banking, Railways, and others.
The program seeks to bridge the learning gap between rural and urban students by leveraging digital and hybrid learning tools, thereby ensuring equitable access to higher education opportunities in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
In Nagaland, two SATHEE Kendras have been established
• Dimapur: Government Polytechnic, Seithekema - C, Chumoukedima
• Kohima: Government Polytechnic, Near Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima
Community Outreach through Door-to-Door Visits
Community engagement remains a strong pillar of the SATHEE program.
SATHEE Mitras in both locations continued door-to-door visits and community interactions to reach out to potential learners and their parents.
These efforts have resulted in:
• Increased local awareness about SATHEE’s objectives.
• Positive publicity within neighboring schools and villages.
• Gradual but steady growth in enrollment over the past quarter.
The outreach drive has particularly helped in connecting with first-generation learners and students from low-resource backgrounds.
Collaboration with School Staff
Collaboration between SATHEE Mitras and school staff remains active and constructive.
• Regular coordination meetings with headmasters and subject teachers ensure that the SATHEE curriculum aligns with the school timetable and syllabi.
• Teachers’ recommendations continue to help identify students who benefit most from additional learning support.
• Joint academic sessions and revision workshops have been introduced in select schools, strengthening school–Kendra synergy.
This collaboration has created a mutually supportive academic ecosystem, enhancing both classroom and SATHEE learning outcomes.
Structured Reporting and Monitoring
A robust reporting framework continues to guide daily operations and ensure accountability. Both Kendras submit:
• Daily reports: capturing attendance, session topics, and student participation.
• Weekly summaries: highlighting progress, teaching methods, and issues encountered.
• Monthly reviews: consolidated performance reports submitted to the central coordination team.
Additionally, periodic online monitoring meetings have been introduced to share best practices and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Challenges and Enrollment Outlook
While steady progress has been achieved, a few challenges persist:
• Enrollment still needs improvement, primarily due to academic calendar transitions and school exams.
• Limited internet access occasionally affects hybrid learning sessions, particularly in semi-urban areas.
However, with continuous outreach, teacher support, and promotion, enrollment is expected to cross 120 students across both centers by December 2025.
Plans for the next quarter include:
• Conducting mock tests for JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Organizing career guidance sessions for class 11–12 students.
• Expanding STEM activity-based learning modules to increase student engagement.
Conclusion
The SATHEE Kendras in Dimapur and Kohima have demonstrated growth this quarter. With improved enrollment, consistent outreach, and active collaboration with schools, the centers are evolving into vibrant learning hubs.
The continued commitment of SATHEE Mitras, school staff, and the coordination team has ensured that students from Nagaland gain equitable access to quality preparatory education for competitive examinations.
As momentum builds, the SATHEE Kendras are poised to play a transformative role in enhancing educational opportunities and nurturing future talent in the state.
